The large harbour receives cruise ships each day and it is one of the biggest cruise ports on the Aegean Sea.

There are two waterparks near by (Adaland & Aquapark) and also a bath sauna and massage parlour (A Turkish Tradition).

The nearest airports are Izmir (50 Mins Drive Approx) & Bodrum (1Hr 30Mins Drive Approx).

The Apartment itself is located beside a private hospital, chemist, small local shops children's play area and a communal swimming pool.

The property is available all year round. Out of season flights can be found flying into Izmir or Bodrum airports. Transfers can be arranged.

January-March: EU.- 350 p/w
April-June: EU.-450 p/w
July-August: EU.-550 p/w
September- December: EU.-400 p/w

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with final balance payable 6 weeks before departure. A EU.- 150 refundable deposit is required with the final balance in case of breakages (this will be refunded after apartment has been checked before you leave). Electricity is charged per unit.
